THE EASTSIDER: Our low top urban utility sneaker blends Detroit grit with LA style for a unique small batch shoe that smells like a new car because it nearly was. Available in three limited colors while supplies last. 

This urban utility low top sneaker is handmade collaboratively by Pingree Detroit and COMUNITYmade in our factories in Detroit and Los Angeles.  We are utilizing sustainably sourced materials, including surplus (upcycled) car seat and steering wheel leather from the Detroit auto industry, and upcycled suede.

MADE TO ORDER: Your pair will be made-to-order and is handmade and shipped in the order in which it’s received. We’re taking 20 orders for our Winter production run, with your pair shipping before May 31st, 2024 at the latest. 

The leather used on your Eastsiders will have a texture and shade that may vary slightly from the leather pictured, since your pair is crafted with upcycled suede and small batch leather reclaimed from the production of new cars.  

EVERY STEP MATTERS: Each pair has character and purpose, just like the people who make it right here in the United States. Designed and meticulously crafted with care to last a lifetime. The Eastsider is able to be resoled by our teams in Detroit or LA, whichever is closer to you when the outsole wears out. Tough enough for year-round adventure, comfortable enough to wear every day.
